World Cup stadiums seen from space

The 12 stadiums hosting World Cup matches across Brazil have been sighted by France's high-resolution Pleiades Earth observing satellites.

Airbus Defence & Space, owner of the satellites, released the imagery as workers put finishing touches on the facilities ahead of Thursday's 2014 FIFA World Cup opening match.
