Synoptic Discussion: "Surface high pressure will remain the dominant weather feature over Florida. Strong northeast winds are expected to gradually weaken. Scattered low-level clouds will continue to move onshore with a very slight chance for an isolated shower.

"Main concerns on launch day will be ground winds and flight through precipitation."
