Synoptic Discussion: "Frontal boundary will move through central Florida later today. Afterwards, strong surface high pressure will build down into Florida and will be the dominant weather feature all of next week. Strong northeast winds can be expected Sunday through Tuesday. Wind speeds will gradually decrease on Wednesday, and will continue to slowly weaken as the week progresses.

"Main concerns on launch day will be ground winds and thick clouds."

Clouds: Scattered at 3,000 feet with 3/8ths sky coverage and tops at 5,000 feet; Scattered at 5,000 feet with 3/8ths sky coverage and tops at 10,000 feet
