Tower retracted from Atlas for NROL-36

During the initial countdown attempt on Aug. 2, the mobile service gantry is retracted to unveil the United Launch Alliance Atlas 5 rocket atop Space Launch Complex 3-East at Vandenberg Air Force Base.
