Born February 21, 1964 in Orange, New Jersey. Married to the former Leslie S. Yandell of Atlanta, Georgia. They have one child. His parents, Richard and Patricia Kelly, reside in Flagler Beach, Florida. Enjoys running, weightlifting, and racquetball.
