XM Satellite Radio postpones commercial service launch XM SATELLITE RADIO RELEASE Posted: September 11, 2001 Due to today's national tragedy, XM Satellite Radio has postponed the launch of its commercial service in San Diego and Dallas scheduled for September 12, as well as events in those cities and Washington, DC, related to the service launch.
