Delta 2 rocket launches WorldView 2

A commercial Earth-imaging satellite built to see the planet's true colors for high-resolution mapping and monitoring launches atop a Delta 2 rocket from California's Vandenberg Air Force Base at 11:51 a.m. local time (2:51 p.m. EDT).
