Tower rolled back for
late-night Delta 2 launch

The United Launch Alliance Delta 2 rocket stands ready for liftoff from Cape Canaveral's pad 17A following rollback of the mobile service tower. The rocket will launch into orbit the GPS 2R-19 navigation satellite for the Global Positioning System.
