Synoptic Discussion: "The main cold frontal boundary will move through Central Florida on Wednesday. Surface high pressure will build in the wake of the cold front and usher in much colder and drier air by Friday and Saturday.

"The main concern during the launch window will ground winds greater than 23 kt during the last 4 minutes of the countdown, and to a lesser degree thick layered clouds."

Clouds: Stratocumulus few at 5,000 feet and tops at 5,500 feet; Cirrus scattered at 25,000 feet and tops at 26,000 feet

Visibility: 10 miles

Launch Pad Winds: Northwesterly from 300 degrees at 12 gusting to 20 knots
