Synoptic Discussion: "No changes in forecast reasoning. Surface high pressure will gradually weaken and move eastward. Winds will respond by becoming more south-southeast. Otherwise, benign conditions expected.

"Main concerns will be the very slight chance for cumulus clouds and precipitation, both of which are flight through rules."

Clouds: Scattered at 3,000 feet with 2/8ths sky coverage and tops at 5,000 feet; Scattered at 25,000 feet with 2/8ths sky coverage and tops at 27,000 feet
